Legal form Stichting PACK

The convention Furry Weekend Holland is organised by Stichting PACK, a non-profit organisation registered in the Netherlands. Stichting PACK has evaluated the risks for participants in this event and has taken adequate measures to prevent and/or respond to any incidents that might occur.

• I or anyone else that represents me will not hold Stichting PACK, its volunteers and/or associates responsible for any damages done by me or to me. In no event Stichting PACK shall be liable for losses or damages occurring during or outside of the convention premises and convention times. Stichting PACK can not be held responsible for loss or damage of property.
• I agree and will adhere to the "Rules of Conduct" as I have read and agreed to during registration.
• I agree to the "Terms and Conditions" as I have read and agreed to during registration.
• I am aware of the "Privacy Policy" as I have read during registration and consent to Stichting PACK storing and processing the data that I and others have provided.
• I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event. When medial crew determines it is necessary, we will transfer your treatment to professional care. I consent that in this case my private information (including but not limited to: medical information) may be shared with the professional care provider in aid of my treatment.
• I hereby grant Stichting PACK the exclusive right to commercial use of any photographs, film, or audio recordings made by me at the convention. I retain non-commercial fair use rights.
• I understand that at this event or related activities I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns.
• I agree to follow instructions by volunteers of Stichting PACK and personnel of Kasteel de Berckt. Breach of the "Rules of Conduct" or non-compliance to instructions may be sanctioned by a reminder to an immediate and indefinite ban from the convention. I accept there will be no refund of any fees if I am expelled from the convention due to failure to follow the rules.
